How to: Cicero By TheQueen-of-Fools Disclaimer: This is my personal character guide on Cicero. Supposed facts I state are not subject to Skyrim, but just points on how I interpret the jester. 1: His “insanity” is questionable. We can all come to the conclusion that Cicero is a little unstable, deranged and fruity, but is he truly insane? Well no. People who are truly insane never admit that they are. Instead everyone else is insane for diagnosing them.  Though he may not be schizo, I believe he is still well and truly psychologically scarred, lost and depressed despite his funny behaviour. 2: He’s like an onion.
